A failing EGR cooler can leak coolant into the exhaust or intake, and if it’s ignored, it can lead to serious engine damage. We test EGR coolers on Cummins and Paccar engines to confirm whether the cooler is actually the problem before you commit to a costly repair. Using pressure testing and our OEM-level diagnostic tools, we check for internal leaks, restrictions, and related fault codes. If the cooler needs replacing, we also check the EGR valve and related components so the problem doesn’t come back.
